Zensar lines up $100 m for another overseas buy

Zensar Technologies, the IT services arm of the RPG group, is exploring yet another overseas acquisition. Mum’s the word in Zensar’s highest echelons about the target, but discussions are on and a deal is expected by December. If this indeed happens, it will be Zensar’s fifth acquisition
