Software firm Patni Computer Systems is setting up a software delivery facility at Queretaro in Mexico. The facility will employ around 200 people by the end of the year, with the bulk of hires coming from the local population. The company said the new facility will offer preferential access to customers in North and South America, and specifically within Mexico, which has a $5-billion local IT market
