Netsuite Going After Oracle, SAP?
NetSuite has developed programs targeted at large corporations, in an effort to move the software maker beyond the small- to mid-sized business market.

IBM wins 10-year deal from Uttarakhand co-op bank
IBM has bagged a 10-year IT outsourcing deal from Kurmanchal Nagar Sahakari Bank Ltd, an urban co-operative bank in Uttarakhand. IBM did not disclose the deal size.
As part of the deal, IBM will remotely host and manage the IT infrastructure from its data centre in Bangalore, manage the disaster recovery site and provide the entire networking infrastructure.

Xerox strikes outsourcing deal with HCL Technologies
Xerox Corp (XRX.N). will pay $100 million over six years to outsource data-center services to HCL Technologies Ltd (HCLT.BO), one India's largest information technology service providers, a Xerox spokesman said on Sunday.
As part of the deal, HCL will manage disaster-recovery preparation and consolidate Xerox's data centers in North America and Europe, spokesman Bill McKee.
HCL bags 5-year services contract from Microsoft
HCL Technologies is learnt to have bagged a five-year IT services contract from software giant Microsoft worth close to $170 million.

MindTree Ltd., a global IT solutions company, today announced a major organization-wide restructure as part of its growth plans and objective of becoming a $1 billion organization.

Nortel India inks Rs.75 Crore deals with local firms
Despite Nortel Networks filed for bankruptcy in the U.S. its Indian subsidiary Nortel India has signed around 100 contracts worth Rs.75 crore with domestic companies, reported The Economic Times.
According to a company executive, though about 70 percent of the signings have been renewals of existing contracts, Nortel India has managed to rope in some new customers including Reliance Communications and Union Bank of India. Moreover, Nortel's one of the old clients State Bank of India has renewed its contract with the company.
