Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has appointed Mr Vijay Kelkar, former Union Finance Secretary, and Mr Ishaat Hussain, Finance Director of Tata Sons, to its board of directors.
With these additions, TCS now has twelve members on its board, half of whom are independent directors, according to a company press statement.
