IBM has gained a ten year outsourcing deal with Sardar Bhiladwala Pardi People’s Co-operative Bank (SBPPCB) in India. This is new client for IBM, confirms the director, integrated technology services at IBM India/South Asia, and the company had to compete with ‘several local and multi-national companies’ for the contract.
