Patnis sell 0.3% stake

Patni Computer Systems shares continue to be sold by members of the promoter family.

Amit and Arihant Patni, sons of the company’s founder and non-executive Director, Gajendra K Patni, along with Sadhana Patni, wife of another founder, Ashok Patni, have sold shares accounting for a stake of about 0.3 per cent in the open market for a total value of Rs 17.66 crore.
