Sasken Communication Technologies has acquired the product portfolio, some customer contracts and certain assets of the US-based Ingenient Technologies Inc, a provider of embedded multimedia software solutions.
As part of the deal, Ingenient will transfer 40 engineers in Chicago and sales team in Korea and Japan to Sasken
