Time for returns for SMEs invested in IT in slowdown: Rajeev Mittal

Out of 4 million SMEs in India, barely 30%, or 1.2 million, own a PC. Of these, only 30,000 have a network. That throws up a huge opportunity for global giant Microsoft which is already generating more than 50% of its India revenues from SMEs.
