Ixia (News - Alert) is launching a new "TestTalk" Web site it hopes will ultimately become an independent industry forum and knowledge portal focused on communications test and measurement.
Ixia says there now is no such portal and community where industry personnel can find and share information about testing and validating protocols and architectures.
