India’s second-largest software exporter Infosys Technologies aims to increase its revenues from platform-based back-office solutions from around 2-3% to almost 10% over the next three years, as it seeks to grow revenues without hiring more professionals.
With around 17,000 professionals in Infosys’ BPO division, the company wants to pursue a non-linear model of growth by serving different customers using the same platform. A platform-based BPO service has widened its scope with increasing number of clients interested in this service.
