IT consulting MindTree Ltd (BSE:532819) on Wednesday said its promoters have pledged 0.78 per cent of their holding in the company to financial institutions. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, MindTree said its promoter S Janakiraman has pledged 26,428 shares, representing 2.52 per cent of his holding in the company, to ICICI Bank (BSE:532174). Another promoter Rostow Ravanan has pledged 75,000 shares, representing 15.07 per cent of his stake in the company, to HDFC Ltd (BSE:500180).
